Ronika is great communicating with clients and giving updates. Made sure the clients understood their loan process and giving them the best options.

The clients really liked Cale. Liked his overall communication and level of service which made me happy through the transaction. Every time I called he was responsive and provided diligent updates despite a few hiccups.
