Communication was horrible. We were asked to repeatedly submit information that we already submitted. It was obvious that some employees worked from home and seemed to be preoccupied with things instead of our process

The communication was very thorough and precise which made knowing what documents were needed a breeze. Also, the quick replies no matter the time was a huge peace of mind! 10/10 service!

They made everything easy to upload and there wasn't any last minute documents to bring to close. Ive had a bad experience with other lenders in the past but they made everything a lot easier this time around!

I feel like more up front transparency would have been beneficial. There was some things we didn't find out until half way through the process. Overall we got the loan so we're happy but it was extremely stressful.
