Jon was absolutely amazing from the time I sent over the contract until closing! He was on top of everything and the clients got their clear to close almost a week earlier before the closing date!

Dave is as expert as they come. Very knowledgeable on all products and the ins and outs of the mortgage world. Bottom line is he gets the deal closed! Worked with him for years... and most lenders have left the business.

we had a little bit of trouble with the HOA, and working together we were able to figure out what the underwriter needed so we could schedule a closing! I like that you didn't give up on the deal!
