    Not only does he know his job inside and out. But he truly cares. He calmed my nerves down more then a few times. He's amazing and wonderful and I don't know how I would have got through all the bumps without him.

    Lou was very helpful and communication was great throughout the whole process. He explained the terms of the loan clearly and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.
