    Lou was great. Very responsive and helpful with laying out all options. When we had concerns about financing due to a mistake by our previous lender, Lou jump in immediately and got us pre-approved within hours of when we called him.

    Lou was fine. Process was confusing with a lot of repeat requests for data. I don't like the portal concept. I prefer the more human contact. The on-line model is being employed but the costs have not gone down.
