    I have now used Lou's expertise twice. He is a pleasure to work with and does a fantastic job. We believe we are in our forever home, but if the time ever comes to purchase again, he will be the obvious choice a 3rd time around.

    Lou was very informative, kept an open line of communication throughout the entirety of the process, and made sure to explain in detail everything needed, or what was going to be complete with accurate time lines.
