Good at explaining process. However, could have been more proactive in explaining differences that had come up between estimate and what came out of underwriting either regards to CD.
Maria is the best. We have now worked with her four times and I wouldn’t use anyone else. I recommend her any chance I get. She and her team are absolutely wonderful.
