You were there every step of the way and answered any and all questions I had during the mortgage process. It was much more pleasant dealing with you then if we went with anyone else!

Poor and, at times, incorrect communication and information shared.

We had a great experience working with Thomas Ross. He was very knowledgeable, quick to respond to our questions and overall had a spirit of customer service. I have and will continue to recommend my clients and friends to Thomas.

Never felt like I was asking too many questions, even when the questions I asked were repeats.

We were able to close the loan in less than a month!!
