Not only did Tom get me a loan when others had already turned me down, he trusted me to stick to my word and he always stuck to his. He was with to respond, thorough in his explanations, and transparent the whole way through.
Trevor was very easy to work with and responded quickly to questions or concerns. Pre-qualification and underwriting was very timely. He took initiative to suggest locking in a rate when they had dropped prior closing. Very pleased!
