Carrie is very much a people person, engaging and informative. She was able to tailor products to my needs and explain details in each phase of the process. A much better experience than my first home purchase.
Tom explained the process very clearly so that we did not have many questions, but when we did the explanation was received the same day. The experience was pleasant and expedient.
Very easy to work with. Available anytime i needed or had questions. Everything explained thoroughly. Worked hard to make sure everything worked out and got approved.
