Very easy to work with, respectful, polite, and responds quickly to emails and texts (we didnâ€™t need to call on the phone). They did everything possible to get us our construction loan and then mortgage loan at great rates. Another lender...

Dave took on our purchase, and within three weeks, we were all set for closing. They all kept us informed on what was going on, and were very helpful in answering questions for the underwriters. We would definitely use Dave and his team again....
