Communication was easy and frequent. Mary was awesome and I always felt like I knew exactly where things stood as far as progress and documentation.
Mary was so helpful at every single step. She made sure we understood everything and was extremely prompt and thorough when answering questions. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying a home.
Cindy was very patient yet kept the process in motion. Minded hearted wife used her in past we used her again will use in near future as well.

A day after closing I went on a little road trip and unbeknownst to me I ended up in a hotel next to a Ruoff office that was confirmation for me that I was in good hands.
