Constant excellent communication thru every step of the loan process..her team was awesome as well. She was always calm and pleasant even when something was urgent or stressful her calm fix it attitude was perfect

NAF was easy to work with on our loan. They helped me understand all the details of the loan including how to remove mortgage insurance and refinance. They were more professional and had better rates than the competition.
