Jessie took the time to made sure we knew what decisions to make by explaining the process, on his day off. He even let us text him questions and his response rate is FAST. He truly cares

The whole process was fast, accurate and convenient.

Any help I needed or questions I had were answered promptly. I was always able to get ahold of Jessie with any concerns. He was professional and kind through the entire process.

We offered $40K above listing price like you have to in this market to even be noticed. Then, the appraisal came in way lower, unsurprisingly. The homeowners wanted us to come up with $10K above appraisal or they warned us they had better offers....

As tough as it was going through a house sale, run a business, refinance another house and move; the staff I dealt with kept there cool even when I didn't and we got our refinance done. I am happy with the progress; and end result.
