Aaron Hempel was really great, and DM underwriters are among the worst in the business! Aaron had to do 100 times the work to get a $300,000 loan closing through that their underwriters actively worked hard to stop.

Some of the communication was vague and we had to re-do some items. When Aaron was involved it was very thorough and clear but others were not as detailed and clear.
