Everything ended up being smooth like the last purchase but the ending lacked some communication from your team. It may have been on account of the appraiser though. Overall it was a great experience!
Mike and his team at Delmar were FANTASTIC! The communication from Fabi and Mike was flawless and everyone made sure we knew what was happening or what we needed to close on our first home. They made it so easy!
