Very helpful overall, especially when translating the renovation plan into the format needed for the loan. Super responsive, and always productive interactions.
Great experience. For the most part everything was explained in detail. Made buying a house for the first time a pleasant experience.
Heidi and Heather really are the best. They really know the 203k process like the back of their hand. Great communication and work ethic. I didn't feel like I was just another deal.
