Heather was beyond fantastic and went above and beyond for me during a difficult time in my life. She made the light at the end of the tunnel appear and for that, I cannot thank her enough.
I didn't care for not having an option of not being able to chose how I wanted to do the process either online or in person.
Jacqueline was excellent at making time to sit down with us and go over our options and always returned calls in a timely manner. However, I did not like the process that everything was done online until time to close.
