Chris Lewis was AMAZING! I always knew where my file was in the process, and when WF threw a wrench in the original plan, he nimbly figured out an alternate plan to keep our home and mortgage on track!
Chris Lewis was helpful and friendly. His advice was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. The online process was easy to use although it was not compatible with Safari.
That they were able to approve my client for the amount above her initial budget
