Personable and professional service. Explained all options well. Reasonably easy online system for submitting, receiving, and signing documents.
Jeff is very knowledgeable and conveyed to us everything we needed to know (and do) in a very timely manner. Everything went seamlessly and he is by far the best mortgage broker we have ever dealt with.
