Team was great. - very fast and thorough for first time buyers. We were able to close in 20 days from open house to close and still needed to be pre-approved! I appreciated the illustrated with all of the phases so we knew what was next.

Rick was great, but it was a little dicey as we got close to the closing date and the money owed at closing. I felt as though the communication between all parties could have been better.
