I was not happy regarding the $1k appliance credit for your client/Buyer. The issue should have been addressed as soon as the executed addendum was submitted to avoid the CLUSTER it caused at the last minute cause my client/Seller to be angry....

Super smooth ! Great communication

I have never had a more difficult closing in my life. Lots of mistakes, delays, miscommunicatio. Will not use again.

David always has my Buyer's best interests at heart, and is an excellent communicator. If an issue comes up during the process, he is quick to address it and work toward a solution.
