David was always just a phone call away, he always picked up the phone to amswer questions. His resposnse time was lightning fast and his knolledge was extensive through the whole process.

Dave was great to work with and was always easily to get into contact with regardless of if it was a weekend or the time. He explains things in plain language. He even reached out when I hadn’t looked at houses in a while to check on me.
