I feel like care for the VA part of this deal could have been handled better - CTC was a little iffy at the end and seemed like a mad dash. But overall good experience and great communication. Thank you!

David really had to help my buyer figure out how to file his self employement taxes to get him pre-approved. David was so professional, patiently guiding my buyer to help him achieve his dream of homeownership. I am a raving fan!!
