With Covid going on it was more difficult to truly understand the process as a first time homebuyer, but your team made it as easy as they could on me. Thank you.
It would’ve made the experience better if there weren’t items being requested to submit the week of closing, or the day before, that could’ve been asked before that week (ie our tax transcripts that needed to be ordered).
Jon communicated with us each step of the process with professionalism and clarity. The efficiency of the "authentisign-ing" option was also much appreciated.
