Online process worked smoothly, all questions were answered timely.
Barb was highly responsive and continuously kept us updated on the status of what was going on.
Frustrated with appraisal company choice, last minute change leaving us to find a FedEx for notary and get back all within 2 hour time frame.
Seems most was out of his control but definitely shouldn’t use this appraisal company again.
