    Communication and expedition of refinancing process was fast and thorough. Diana and her team work really well. At first I didn’t know what to expect but they eased up my concerns. I would use them again or recommend if need be.

    Very responsive and not overly salesy. Very professional. There were a couple times where I would have appreciated some explanation for the numbers proactively but he was able to answer after my raising it.
