At initial seems very involved but as things got turned to other departments there was very little involvement. I would have figured there would be one main overseeing person throughout process.
Processing time was way too long, we had to do 6 to 8 extensions. Communications were terrible, response time terrible, the file had at least three or four different people changes, ... almost lost the contract due to financing. Sorry about...

As funding goes everything went well. The pandemic complicates response times. Even with that everything was on time.
