Jeff was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions throughout the process. He was typically readily available and if I had to leave a message, it was returned within 24 hours.
Kaitlyn was very helpful and great at informing me of what was needed and responded quickly. Also I worked with her assistant Teresa a lot and had an excellent experience, very polite and made the process very simple and smooth!!
