Better communication, too many last minute details. Attempted to charge us $3000 at closing with less than 24 hours notice then changed to $1400 then nothing. Closing agent had to come twice in the same day and re do paperwork. Worst mortgage...

From the beginning to the end Zaine was amazing. He did not stop working to get us everything we needed to close on the house. I'm pretty sure he even worked after hours. I can't say enough good things about him.
