Stan and Valerie are WONDERFUL to work with, but the process with FCB is arduous and demeaning. Even the lawyers on both sides of our closing said that FCB has an enormously long paper process compared with the other banks they deal with.
Lynne provided excellent, prompt service. Her professionalism and expertise made the process quick, easy, and stress free.
Simple and ti the point, everything moved along fluently
