i found the process to be clunky and the communication to be poor. there was no advance notice when i was expected to be providing documents and signatures. i would not recommend NFM.

James aas very attentive, but we ran into some snags that we feel could have been avoided. It was lots of scrambling and delays, adding stress to the process.
Richard was very responsive, quick to follow through and readily available throughout the entire process.
