Great! handled everything from start to finish!
Wiring the funds on time or telling us to delay closing until Monday that way my clients aren't stressing out the entire weekend because the sellers won't allow them to move in without the funds

James was great. He made the process extremely easy and transparent. Any changes that were made were thoroughly explained to us. James made sure our needs and concerns were taken care of.
