I think the process overall was very smooth. Doing this in times of COVID was a little different, but honestly the electronic signatures are pretty convenient. Not having to get an appraisal was really nice, too.
I loved that my loan officer had a good relationship with my relator already. I know SO MUCH probably happened behind the scenes, but what I was was simple and smooth.
