Some figures and settlement items were not correct at closing. Not sure if it was due to broker or attorney. But it ended up costing us, the borrowers, additional money after closing.
Now lets plan an event for Robert's teachers and stir up a few more buyers in the New Year! Robert celebrates the 12 days of Christmas at his school.
