Advise the customer in the beginning who is "who" within the organization. Who does what, who is the best person to contact with questions. Provide a list of "next steps" with a timeline. Don't assume that people know what real estate terms...

Very responsive and helped quickly with my options in refinancing

Craig and his team were phenomenal! I would recommend them to anyone. They are the BEST!
