She did a great job she was always available and answered every question that I had!

Chris helped us out tremendously with getting our credit fixed so we could build our dream house! Can't thank him and his team enough for being so passionate about what they do!

I would say the experience was better than “just ok” however there were some difficulties due to last-minute communication from his team.

Great communication, prompt answers, pleasant , professional staff.

Any and all concerns or questions were answered swiftly. I was made to feel as a valued customer.

My lender was great every question I had was answered even when I asked the same question over and over they assured me that my loan was processingand kept me informed every step of the way Craig Tammie and the rest of the New American funding...

I got Preapproved for my house on a Tuesday I found my house on a Saturday less than 30 days I got my closing on my house I literally moved in my house in less than 30 days it was no stress everybody was great had great communication it was...

Communication!! There was no communication that was not initiated by me throughout the loan process. I had to inquire weekly as to the status of my clients loan and while I always did receive a timely answer, I would have appreciated that information...

Excellent service from start to finish!
