Lack of communication

I've worked with Craig and Ron professionally for years, so when it was time to refinance my personal home, I gave Ron a call. They had the best rate and terms out of all of the lenders I talked to. I would definitely use them again!

Wonida is overall a pleasure to work with but she can talk really fast about technical information that I not always familiar with so it can be hard to keep up. I appreciated the follow up phone calls to ensure I had received everything I needed...
