Working with Anthony was a great experience! His communication was on point and he was always available when I needed him. Anthony definitely goes above and beyond for his clients to get the job done!!
Last minute insurance rate problem for the buyer was realized VERY late. Not beneficial to the sellers I was working with when this happened 3 days before closing.
The underwriter was a bit over the top with this file by requesting wet signatures from the inspector's prepared report and other nuances
