Robert did a fine job explaining what was available but his colleague Tiffany left me hanging and failed to communicate causing me to delay closing . She also did not explain the process and waiting periods clearly .Luckily Kristin Hill stepped...

Communication and ease of process. The process was seamless and Darrell walked me through each step and promptly answered my questions.

Caitlin was professional and kind. Her knowledge base of the industry helped make up for some unfortunate circumstances at multiple junctions of the closing process. Her efforts to go above and beyond landed us this house, I have no doubt.
