What made my experience great was every time I ask Edward about my loan process he had a answer for me and he explain it to me clearly.
The Entire process ran smoothly with the exception of the Closing. We had some issues with the processor showing up at the wrong location, rescheduling and then canceling at the last minute. The processor that replaced her was Excellent.
