The ease and quickness from start to finish.
Darrel handled most everything on the back end and keept me informed on what needed to be done. I missed some communications due to holidays and vacations but he hung in there and we got it done.

Communication was great in the beginning but towards the end we lost all communication no calls back couldn't get any answers to questions we were having. It was like a complete switch from the very beginning to close .
