    if you know a deadline needs to be met please dont wait until the last minute to try to collect info that is Crucial to Data needed for a loan. We were blessed enough to have it work out well enough for us but im sure other people arent.

    Fantastic communication throughout the entire loan process. Maureen jumped through some hurdles at the end for my clients and was able to keep the original planned closing date. Highly recommend!
