Mr. Annan was very attentive. When I did not understand things, Chris took the time to explain each step in the process and what I could expect next. Thanks again for helping us get into this wonderful house!

Chris answered all of my questions, and I had a lot. We got a great rate with Chris's help too. He gave both the conventional loan amount and the VA loan amount giving us the opportunity to get the best monthly payment for our mortgage.
