My loan officer, Michael Donegan was exceptional throughout the process. His communication and timing was excellent. He made the process very stress free for us. Could not be happier with the experience! Thank you.
They were quick to respond and kept me well informed during the process. While I did feel some of the documentation was overkill, I understand the need for it . Very easy to work with.

Christian did a great job of describing this type of loan which was a new product for us. He was clear and ontime with the process and got us through with no delays or worries. Great job.
John walked me through the whole process. His knowledge in mortgages is above all other lenders I’ve worked with. When we run into a bump in the road he works hard at getting to the solution.

Jerry as with the first time in Colorado you were an absolutely wonderful to work with again in IA!
Christian was prompt with communication, knew the mortgage product extremely well, his assistant Erin was easy to work with & very quick, and both was a pleasure to work with through the whole process.
John is my hero, both for my original loan and my re-fi! He went above and beyond to make sure I got what needed! We owe our greater quality of life to him and his team!
