John was very patient and diligent in making sure we understood the type of loan we were getting
he even met with us in person on two separate occasions and had several phone and text responses to our questions
Despite being stressful, Tiffany was helpful and informative throughout the price process - she took care of us.
This is our third account with Northpointe Bank. The previous two with via a mortgage broker; this last one was awesome going direct to Northpointe via Christian.
