Her pleasant personality

This was what I would consider a difficult home purchase with delay after delay. The last one making closing critical. They turned papers in a a couple of days after appraisal.

I had many hurdles to get past to qualify for my home. David and his team were able to come up with a solution to every issue. They are great at problem solving. I would recommend them for your home buying needs.
