I just refi’d with New American and they whole process went very smoothly. My contacts, Carryne and Helen were very responsive to my questions and enjoyable to work with.
Carryne was excellent! Highly professional and very friendly. The entire process went very smoothly overall and I would use her again.
She helped and suggested options when I had a problem with my application for a refinance. Her assistant helped me with the requirements to facilitate asap.
We used joe to get our loan for our first home and then to refinance, he and Margaret are very efficient, and very fast. They’re a great team!
