he was an insignificant part of the process. I don't know why he was even inserted as my L O, a commission position, when I had already been an in house account. I had to get all of my info from Traci or Rebecca. No value added.
John was able to breakdown each option for our situation in a way that we were able to understand. His follow up was great. We never felt pressured or rushed. We left feeling like we made the very best decision.
