    John was exceptional however the woman who was supposed to be helping him was a total failure. If I would not have had to deal with her I would have said the experience was excellent.

    John was straight forward and to the point. However, while straight forward, John was willing and able to explain/answer any questions my wife and I had as well as give financial advice.

    John is personable and very easy to work with -- made the experience enjoyable and painless!! The title company complimented the bank as well. Said they wished all banks were as easy to work with as Midwest Bank Centre!
